Enrico D’Onofrio was born 14 March 1884 to Carine D’Onofrio and Maria Guiseppa Coletta in Spoltore, Abruzzo, Italy.
Enrico (Henry) D’Onofrio arrived in the United States on 23 February 1905, aboard the ship Prince Adalbert. He is joining his brother Paulo in Steubenville, Ohio.
